How a decision becomes an offer

Organizational needs, available positions, operational capacity and individual qualifications determine selection decisions.

No applicant is considered accepted until the Executive Leadership Team has completed its review and a formal offer has been communicated by the organization. No representative of The ImpactKits Project may extend or imply an offer of membership, employment or volunteer service until approval has been granted by the Executive Leadership Team.

Reasonable accommodations

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants, volunteers, employees and participants with disabilities during our application and onboarding processes.

If you require assistance, a reasonable accommodation or technical support to view a position, participate in the application process or otherwise engage with The ImpactKits Project due to a disability, please contact our designated Equal Opportunity & Accommodation Coordinator.
