Put a bin where your people already are.
You give us a spot by the door. We bring the bin, the signage and the pick-up, then pack what your community collects. It costs you nothing.
Orange County, California. Bins run all year or for a single drive.
Who does what
You
- A visible spot people already walk past
- One person who checks on the bin
- A way to tell your people it is there
Us
- The bin and the signage
- Pick-up on a schedule that suits you
- Sorting, packing and delivery to a partner
Why a bin, of all things
A bin does not ask anybody for money. It asks for the toothbrush you already bought two of.
Most people want to help and do not know where to put it.
Four steps, and only the first one is yours
Most hosts spend five minutes on setup, then let their community do the rest.
- 01
Tell us about your space
Where you are, and how you want to host. The form takes a minute.
- 02
We bring the bin and signage
It arrives ready to use. Nothing to design, nothing to buy.
- 03
Your people fill it
You tell your school, staff or congregation. They bring new, unopened essentials.
- 04
We pick up and pack
We collect what you gathered and turn it into kits for people in your county.
The honest version of hosting
No budget meeting, nothing to build, no supplies to buy.
- Space
- About two square feet by a door people already use.
- Cost
- Nothing. The bin and the signage are ours.
- Your setup
- Around five minutes of your time, once.
- People needed
- One person who glances at it now and then.
- How long
- A single drive, or a bin that stays up all year.
- Pick-up
- Scheduled with you, never a surprise visit.
What we cannot hand you is a number. The size of a drive depends on your people, not on us.
Anyone with a place and a purpose
If people already walk past it, a bin will work there.
Schools
Clubs, classes and student councils turn school spirit into supplies instead of another fundraiser.
Businesses
A bin by the register, where people already stop and wait.
Community organizations
Libraries, centers and clubs become the neighborhood place to bring a bag.
Faith communities
A congregation’s giving, gathered in one spot and turned into something people can hold.
Teams & groups
Sports teams, scout troops and friend groups can all run a drive on their own schedule.
What we promise, and what we will not
Hosting should not require reading between the lines.
We will
- We bring the bin, signage and pick-up.
- We agree the schedule before anything is placed.
- We pack what you collect and get it to a partner.
- We answer every message, including the ones asking us to wait.
We will not
- We will not charge a fee, ever.
- We will not ask you to buy the supplies.
- We will not promise an exact number of kits.
- We will not leave a bin sitting empty. If it is not working, we move it.
How many kits could one drive make?
Move the sliders to see what a group your size could collect.
No bin yet? A one-day drive works too.
A class, a team, an office, a congregation.
Even one toothbrush or one pair of socks counts.
Your drive could mean
10
kits for people in need
60 items collected, at roughly 6 items per kit. Real totals vary with what partners request.
Tell us about your space
Where you are and how you want to host is enough. No cost, no commitment to keep a bin forever.
Collection site interest
Request a bin for your space
School, shop, office, church, club. If you have a visible spot, we can make a bin work.

Hosting questions
What does hosting a bin involve?
You give us a visible spot. We bring the bin and the signage. Your people fill it, and we pick it up and pack it.
What does it cost to host?
Nothing. The bin, the signage and the pick-up are all provided. You never buy supplies or pay a fee.
How long does a bin stay up?
As long as suits you. Some sites run one drive. Others keep a bin up all year.
What belongs on a charity supply drive checklist?
New, unopened hygiene items, sealed school supplies, long shelf life emergency basics and new infant care items. Add a sign, an end date and one person who owns drop-off.
How much room does the bin take up?
About two square feet. It needs to sit where people already pass, not in a storage room nobody opens.
One bin by a door can fill a whole packing day.
If you have a spot in Orange County, we can put a collection site there.
