Put your team's hands to work on something real
Companies partner with us by hosting employee volunteer events, corporate service days and community kit-packing activities. Your team assembles care kits, then donates them and any collected goods to ImpactKits. We coordinate with community partners to get them to people who need them.
- 1Assemble kits together
- 2Write notes by hand
- 3Donate the finished kits
Built around your calendar
A day that ends with something in someone's hands
No exaggerated promises, just a well organized day of hands-on work with a clear destination.
Hands-on employee engagement
Your team does the work with their hands, not through a portal.
Team building that counts
Packing stations give people a shared task and a reason to talk.
Real community service
Your team contributes time and supplies to a local effort.
Tangible local impact
The day ends with finished kits, donated to community partners.
Three ways to spend the day
Every one of them ends the same way: finished kits headed to local partners.
- 1
Employee volunteer events
A set block of time for your team to assemble kits at your office or a space you already have.
- 2
Corporate service days
A longer session with sorting, packing and note writing, plus context on who receives the kits.
- 3
Community kit-packing activities
Join an existing ImpactKits packing day and work side by side with our volunteers.
After the event, companies donate the assembled kits and collected essential goods to ImpactKits.

We route them to partners
Every partnership looks different
We are flexible about event formats, group sizes, timelines, budgets, supplies and company goals, and we want to work with each organization to create a meaningful experience that fits its needs.
What we can shape with you
- Event format: on site, off site, one session or rotating shifts
- Group size: a single team or the whole company
- Timeline: one afternoon or a recurring date
- Budget: supplies scoped to what you want to spend
- Supplies: purchased, collected by employees, or both
- Company goals: service, team building, client hosting

Main goal
Nothing here is fixed in advance. Think of this as the opening of a conversation, not a booking.
A kit-packing event at your workplace
- 1We agree on a kit type, quantity and time window with your team.
- 2Supplies arrive at your office, either purchased through the event budget or collected in advance.
- 3Your employees assemble kits together, in one session or in rotating shifts.
- 4ImpactKits collects the finished kits and any goods your team collected.
Mid-size groups often rotate through stations so everyone has a job at every step.
We build in small-group mixing so people work with colleagues they do not usually talk to.
What we can do
- Plan a format and supply list that fits your group and budget.
- Run a well organized event with clear stations and instructions.
- Take the kits and collected goods and route them through our partners.
- Tell you honestly what is and is not possible on your timeline.
What we will not
- Guarantee attendance numbers or press coverage.
- Promise a specific number of people reached on a fixed date.
- Lock a final kit count before we scope supplies with you.
- Take on logistics that neither team has capacity for.
Tell us about your team
Email is the fastest way to start. Send your group size, a rough timeline and what you want the day to accomplish.
Plan a service day with us
Share your group size, a rough timeline and your goals. We will come back with a recommended format and a supply list that matches your budget.
- A recommended format and sample run of show
- A supply list that matches your budget
- Clear next steps for donations and distribution

Or request kits as a community partnerCorporate questions
What does a company actually do at an event?
Your team assembles care kits together, either at your office, a community space, or a location we help arrange. Afterwards, the kits your team assembles and any essential goods you collect are donated to ImpactKits.
How customizable is the event?
Very. We are flexible about format, group size, timeline, budget, supplies and your goals. Tell us what you have in mind and we will build the day around it.
Do we need to supply the items ourselves?
Either way works. Some companies purchase supplies as part of the event budget, and some run an internal collection drive beforehand. We will recommend what is needed for the kits you choose.
Where do the kits go after the event?
The assembled kits and collected goods are donated to ImpactKits, and we coordinate with our community partners to get those resources to the people they serve.
Is the donation tax deductible?
Yes. ImpactKits is fiscally sponsored by The Hack Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so corporate gifts are tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law.
What corporate community give back activities can our team do?
Teams can pack care kits, run an internal supply drive, host a charity collection bin at work, or sponsor a service day. Every format is built around your group size, budget and schedule.
Your team has skills. Give them something worth using them on.
Plan a service day with us, or give online and let us put the supplies to work.
